Information
• Suguden will not operate in the following cases:
- When using the speakerphone
- When using the earphone/headset
- When connected with a Bluetooth device with calling function (Mute
(Hold), Disconnect (Voice command), Call (Motion))
- When making or receiving an additional call during a call
- When you are lying down
- While you perform vigorous exercise such as running, or going up or
down stairs
- The display is covered with a book type smartphone case etc.
• If you place the terminal in a bag or pocket with the screen ON while
there is an incoming call, in rare cases, Suguden may recognize the
action as a motion and answer or end the call.
• The sensor does not respond well to black objects.
When answering calls, if you press the receiver over your hair, the
sensor may have trouble working and may cause failure to answer the
call. In this case, please press the receiver directly to your ear.
When disconnecting (Motion)/Muting, rejecting a call, turning the
terminal over on a black desk, etc. may cause the operation to fail
(cannot disconnect (Motion)/mute, reject). In this case, instead of
placing the terminal directly on the surface, raise the terminal 1 cm
from the desk, etc. as you flip it over to operate (disconnect (motion)/
mute, reject).
• Suguden does not support video calls.
• When the Suguden functions are available, a notification icon will be
displayed.
You can check detailed notification information from the notification
panel.
• If you would like to know more detailed information about the Suguden

About Disconnect (Motion)
• If a motion is detected after enabling the Suguden call ending function,
the call will be ended in the following cases.
- When the other party is on hold
• When disconnecting a call with Suguden motion, it may not react
(disconnect) if the speed of motion for placing the terminal facing
down is fast. In that case, try the motion slowly to react (disconnect).
• Strongly shaking the terminal will be treated as motion and an
incoming call may be disconnected.
About Disconnect (Call)
• If a disconnect command is detected after enabling the Suguden call
ending function, the call will be ended in the following cases.
- When the other party is on hold
About Mute (Hold), Disconnect (Call)
• If Mute (Hold), Disconnect (Voice command) is ON while talking on
the phone, other apps that use the microphone or audio during a call
(such as a call recording app) may not be available. If you want to use
these apps during a call, turn OFF Mute (Hold) and disconnect (Voice
command) after ending the call to enable them.
• If you are using "Hanashite Hon'yaku" during a call, you cannot use a
voice command to end the call.
• While the Suguden voice function uses voice recognition technology
and language processing technology, docomo does not guarantee the
accuracy of this technology.
• Your voice may not be recognized if your mouth is too far away from
the smartphone, the volume is too low, or your surroundings are noisy
when you issue a voice command.
About Call
• You can only make a call when the terminal is displaying the Home
screen or lock screen (unlocking method is "Swipe/Touch").
About Mute, Reject
• Strongly shaking the terminal will be treated as motion and the
functions set by Mute, Reject may be executed.
Disable Suguden during roaming
• The Suguden function is automatically disabled overseas. To use
Suguden in overseas, turn off the "Disable Suguden during roaming".
