A:
A reset of any kind is usually the last resort of long troubleshooting process. A warm reset is
generally performed first to retain all the personal settings / data. If warm reset fail to solve the
issue, a cold reset might be the last option. A warm reset will simply "restart" the device while
leaving all personal data / settings untouched, a cold reset will WIPE the device clean and a
fresh copy OS will be installed . Please advise all personal data / settings will be LOST after a
cold reset. Remember to backup your device settings so you can restore it after a cold reset.
Q: The on-screen virtual keyboard is too small. Can I make it bigger? If so, how?
You certainly can. Simply go to Start >> Control Panel >> Input Panel Properties >> Option
