Choose steak of 200g weight and 2.5cm thickness each. Season with
salt and pepper or as desired. Place food on the high rack on the drip
dish.
Choose the menu and weight, press start. When BEEP, turn food over.
And then press start to continue cooking. After cooking, serve
immediately.
