When connecting a DVD player:
: Turns on and off the power.

Starts playback.

• Fast-forwards the chapter when pressed
and held.
• Skips to the beginning of the next chapter
when pressed briefly.
1:
• Reverses the chapter when pressed and
held.
• Goes back to the beginning of the current
chapter when pressed briefly.
Goes back to the beginning of the
previous chapter when pressed
consecutively.
7:
Stops operations.
Note:
When you press the above buttons, the display shows
"DVD" and its operation mode (such as 3, 7 ).

You can connect two external components to this
unit.
Connect one to the auxiliary input jack on the
control panel, and the other to the CD changer
jack on the rear.
• To use the external component connected to
the CD changer jack on the rear, set "EXT IN"
to "LINE INPUT" (see page 33).
• To use the external component connected to
the auxiliary input jack on the control panel, set
"AUX IN" to "ON" (see page 34).
