No discharge at nozzle or low/
fluctuating pressure.
Low pressure.
Detergent will not siphon.
Water leaks from heat dump
valve.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBABLE CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION
Inadequate water supply, 3/4" diameter hose and water supply
fully opened.
Clogged nozzle.
Kink in water inlet hose.
Pump is sucking in air – Tighten water intake/hose connections.
Not in high pressure mode – Insert high pressure nozzle.
Inadequate water supply, 3/4" diameter hose and water supply
fully opened.
Worn or wrong nozzle.
Incorrect engine speed – Set to 3600 RPM offload, 3450 onload.
Detergent hose not submerged into solution.
Detergent strainer obstructed.
Detergent hose cut, obstructed or kinked.
Detergent adjusting knob closed – Twist to open.
Not in low pressure mode – Insert black nozzle.
Too many high pressure hose extensions used – Use only one hose
extension.
Water flows back into detergent container, ball and spring in
venturi may be reversed or missing.
Inlet water temperature too high. Do not exceed 125°F.
Do not allow unit to operate in bypass mode (with trigger gun
closed) for more than three minutes.
