7.1 Calendar
The FW200L has a calendar so you can look up dates and jump to a chosen day.
Press Menu, scroll

7.2 Alarm
The FW200L has a built in alarm facility. There is the option to set 5 alarms that
either ring once, daily or custom set to ring on particular days of the week.
Set and edit an alarm
