BEND [2] [3] [4] [7] buttons
Specifies the range of pitch change produced by pitch
bend in four levels: 2, 3, 4, or 7 semitones.

Specifies how the volume of the tone is affected by
aftertouch.

Specifies how the frequency of the low-pass filter is
affected by aftertouch.
