EST = entering source fluid temperature to heat pump
LST = leaving source fluid temperature from heat pump
SGPM = source flow in gallons per minute
SWPD = source heat exchanger water pressure drop
EER = cooling energy effciency (TC/KW)

HE = heat of extraction in MBTUH
