Change settings

Automatically connect a mobile phone on/o

This function enables automatic connection to the
mobile phone as soon as the mobile phone is within
range of Porsche Classic Communication Manage-
ment. Proceed as follows to activate/deactivate the
function:
1. Select the
Options
PHONE
2. Select Bluetooth settings.
3. Auto. connection activate/deactivate.
Change Bluetooth® name
This function is used to change the name of the
Porsche Classic Communication Management,
which is transmitted by the Bluetooth® signal. The
default setting is "PCCM". Proceed as follows to
change the name:
1. Select the

PHONE
2. Select Set Bluetooth.
3. Select Change Bluetooth name.
4. Change name select OK.

Play external audio sources
via Bluetooth®
button.
An external audio source, which is not operated at
Porsche Classic Communication Management but
at the source itself, can be linked via a Bluetooth®
connection. Proceed as follows to play the external
audio source:
Mobile phone is connected via Bluetooth®.
Information
Porsche Classic Communication Management sup-
ports the A2DP pro le for connecting and operating
the external Bluetooth® audio source. The extent to
which the external Bluetooth® audio source can be
operated on the Porsche Classic Communication
Management depends on

which functions are supported by the audio source.
In some cases, the operation of the external Blue-
tooth® audio source on the Porsche Communication
Management is therefore restricted. In other cases,
operation from the Porsche Classic Communica-
tion Management is not possible. Operation is then
performed on the connected device itself. Please
observe the operating instructions of the respective
device. To connect the external device via Blue-
tooth®, please read the chapter "Telephone".

Any distraction may cause control of the vehicle to
be lost.
Only operate an external Bluetooth® audio source
when the vehicle is safely under control and
the tra c situation allows. If in doubt, stop the
vehicle before operating the external Bluetooth®
audio source.
– Only those apps on the Android device used that
are supported by Android Auto can be displayed.
For information on the supported apps, see www.
android.com/auto/
– The displayed content and functions in Android
Auto are provided exclusively by the connected
Android device.
– When Android Auto is used, active Bluetooth®
connections (e.g. for telephony, media playback
or messages) are automatically disconnected.
Some apps require an active data connection.
– Some apps require an active data connection..
Additional costs may arise depending on the
mobile phone tari and especially when operat-
ing abroad. The use of a at rate data tari is
recommended.
