Risk of accident
Using mobile phones while driving distracts the
driver from the tra c situation. This may result in the
loss of control of the vehicle.
Only make calls using a hands-free kit.
Risk of injury
In certain hazardous areas, such as close to petrol
stations, fuel depots, chemical plants and blasting
operations, mobile phones must be switched o .
Their use could interfere with technical equipment.
Observe instructions as well as legal regulations
and local restrictions.

The Bluetooth® word mark and logos are owned by
the Bluetooth SIG, Inc. and any use of such marks by
Porsche AG is licensed.

Hands-free quality. Hands-free quality may be af-
fected by:
Blower, open windows, or open top,
wind and road noises,
poor mobile phone network connection,
high speed.
Information
Interrupted calls. Calls may be interrupted whilst
driving. The reasons for this are:
The GSM network coverage is insu cient.
All channels of the GSM cell into which the vehi-
cle is changing are occupied.
The SIM card used is not network compatible.
Blower, open windows, or open top,
wind and road noises,
poor mobile phone network connection,
high speed.
Connect a mobile telephone via
Bluetooth®
Connect new mobile telephone
To connect a mobile phone for the rst time, proceed
as follows:
The mobile phone Bluetooth® function is acti-
vated and visible to other devices.
The Porsche Classic Communication Manage-
ment Bluetooth® function is activated.

2. Select the menu item Search for new device
and select the mobile phone from the device
list. A 6-digit Bluetooth® code is generated
and displayed in Porsche Classic Communica-
tion Management and in the mobile phone.
3. Compare the Bluetooth® code in Porsche Clas-
sic Communication Management and mobile
phone.
4. If the codes are the same con rm the Blue-
tooth® code in the mobile phone. If the phone
has been successfully connected, the number
entry (menu Keypad
) is displayed in
Porsche Classic Communication Management.
Information
For mobile phones with Windows® and iOS operating
systems we recommend that the connection is initi-
ated from the mobile phone:
In the mobile phone's Bluetooth® menu search for
available devices.
Select Porsche Classic Communication Manage-
ment from the list of available devices.
Bluetooth®-Function on/o
Proceed as follows to activate/deactivate the Blue-
tooth® function (the function is activated by default):
