Media source is selected

To activate/deactivate shu e, proceed as follows:
Media source is selected.
Select . Shu e is activated.
Select button again to turn o random
playback.

Repeat song

To activate/deactivate repeat, proceed as follows:
Media source is selected.
Music title is selected.
Press Shu e . The repeat mode is indi-
cated by the active .
Press Shu e again to deactivate repeat
mode.
Information
The shu e and repeat player functions on the PCCM
(1-DIN device) are under Options.

Browse media

To browse media proceed as follows;
Media source is selected.
1. SelectBrowse .
2. Press the desired folder and media title.

Notes on drives and externally
connected devices
Information about supported media and le formats:
– If a storage medium contains many les, folders
or playlists the media title loading process may
be longer the rst time that it is loaded.
– During playback audio les are automatically
displayed with additional information (if available,
e.g. artist, title, album cover).
– Do not use a USB extension cable or adapter.
These a ect the functionality.
– USB hubs are not supported.
– Porsche assumes no liability for damaged or
lost les and media. Never store important data
on the MicroSDHC cards or portable playback
devices.
– Music titles that can be created for MP3 opera-
tion and played back on a MP3 are generally
subject to copyright in accordance with the
applicable international and national regulations.
In many countries copies, even for private use,
may not be made without the prior consent of the
copyright holder. Please observe the applicable
provisions of copyright law. These restrictions do
not apply if you possess these rights, for example
for your own compositions and recordings, or if
they have been granted to you by the copyright
holder. The current legal situation applies in every
case.
Inserting and playing a
MicroSDHC card
To insert a MicroSDHC card, proceed as follows:
1. Insert the MicroSDHC card into the Micro-
SDHC card slot with the label facing up SD
until it engages.
2. Select MicroSDHC button.

Removing the MicroSDHC card

To remove MicroSDHC cards, proceed as follows:
Press the inserted card and remove it.
Connecting and playing a USB
stick
To connect and play a USB ash drive, proceed as
follows:
1. Connecting a USB stick to Mediabox.
2. Press the USB button .

Playing external audio sources via
the Aux In port
Porsche Classic Communication Management
activates the connection of additional external audio
devices via the Aux in port.
