CLUTCH CABLE
Check the clutch lever play at the clutch lever clear-
ance when squeezing the lever until pressure is felt.
Clutch lever play: 2.0–3.0 mm
NOTE:
Minor adjustments can now be made by using the
clutch lever adjuster B provided with the adjuster
cover A.
If adjustment is necessary, carry out the following pro-
cedure.
1. Unhook the strap of the number plate C.
2. Turn in the clutch lever adjuster B provided with the
adjuster cover A.
3. Shift the rubber boot G.
4. Loosen the clutch cable adjuster lock nut D.
5. Turn the adjuster bolt
nut E to obtain the correct play.
6. Tighten the lock nut D while holding the adjuster nut
E .
7. Place the rubber boot G.
8. Fit the strap of the number plate C into the guide.
9. Minor adjustments can now be made by using the
clutch lever adjuster B provided with the adjuster
cover A.
 Clutch cable adjuster lock nut:

REAR BRAKE PEDAL

Check the rear brake pedal height.
Brake pedal height: 0–10 mm
If adjustment is necessary, carry out the following pro-
cedure.
1. Loosen the lock nut A.
2. Rotate the push rod B to locate the pedal to the
correct height below the top face of the footrest C.
Be sure to measure this height carefully.
3. Tighten the lock nut A to the specified torque.
 Rear brake push rod lock nut:

F while holding the adjuster
2.1 N·m (0.21 kgf-m)
6.0 N·m (0.61 kgf-m)
