1. Do the clean boot (Mater Clear)
2. Exam whether the contact between SIM and connector is ok
3. Check the Signal of SIM interface (VCC, RST ,and Clock)
USIM ,VCC =1.8V ; SIM= 1.8V / 2.85V
4. If the signal is abnormal ,please check U2.
