The purpose of this tuning is to tune the carrier signal and the +67kHz signal to a mini-
mum level (Marker 2 and 3).
Use the variables 'TX I DC offset' and 'TX Q DC offset' to adjust the carrier signal to a
minimum level (Marker 2).
