3. If VFlash1 is not okay, check the UEMEK.
4. Check that the logical state of signal GPIO(61) is high.
5. Check for activity on the IRTX and IRRX lines when transmitting or receiving.
6. If GPIO(61) or IRTX and IRRX are not working, check the D2800.
