Action to Clear / Recovery
Condition
If measurement of the return
air temperature sensor is out of
specified range (including open /
short detection, the alarm will be
activated. Alarm will automatically
clear once in range condition is
detected.
Check sensor and wiring.
Outdoor airflow is too low so
the building is not getting the
designed outdoor airflow based
on IAQ.
Ventilation CFM is too high so the
RTU is wasting energy.
During free cooling damper is not
modulating.
May be due to the damper
motor being unplugged or
disconnected.
