Transmit "No Read" Message
Parameter # 5Eh
When enabled, if a 1-D symbol does not decode, "NR" is transmitted. If a 2-D symbol does
not decode, "FR" is transmitted. Any prefix or suffixes which have been enabled are
appended around this message.
When disabled, if a symbol does not read, nothing is sent to the host.
