Cooktop control panel
The markings around the control knobs show the available
power levels. If you turn on any cooking zone, the indica-
tor light at the front of the cooktop surface lights up.

How it works and what it is used for
Uses intense heat and air circulated by a fan.
Use for tender cuts of meat and poultry and roasting veg-
etables. Meats are more juicy and moist than results with
roast mode.

Maintains the warm, non-drafty environment needed for
proofing yeast leavened products.

Press More Modes to access this mode.
Heat is circulated throughout the oven by the convection
fan. Use for fresh or frozen pizza.

Use to determine the internal temperature of many foods,

Fast preheat heats the oven quicker than standard preheat.

The Sabbath mode enables those of particular faiths to use
their ovens on the Sabbath.

The oven reaches a high temperature to burn off food soil.

The door is locked during self clean.
The oven timer is a countdown timer which upon reaching
00:00 turns the oven off, stopping the current mode. The
oven timer is used to set how long a mode will run.

The kitchen timer is a countdown timer that has no affect
on oven heating. The kitchen timer is used for general
kitchen timing needs.
