Setting the
temperature
To adjust the required temperature:

Activate the Setup mode with the
< or > button.
> for the refrigerator compartment.
< for the freezer compartment.
The corresponding symbol (
) is shown.

REFRIGERATOR

Refrigerator
The temperature can be set from 35 °F
to 46 °F (+2 °C to +8 °C).
We recommend a setting of 37 °F (+3 °C).
Perishable food should not be stored
warmer than 39 °F (+4 °C).
The temperature can be changed with
the + (warmer) or – (colder) buttons.
The temperature can be set at one
degree intervals.
To adjust the required temperature:


Set the required temperature with
the + (warmer) or – (colder) buttons.

Freezer

The temperature can be set from 7 °F to
–9 °F (–14 °C to –23 °C).
We recommend a setting of 0 °F (–18 °C).
The temperature can be changed with
the + (warmer) or – (colder) buttons.
The temperature can be set at one
degree intervals.
To adjust the required temperature:

Activate the Setup mode with the
< button. The symbol is displayed.

Set the required temperature with
the + (warmer) or – (colder) buttons.
Depending on the model, the
appliance can also be switched off
/
FREEZER
via the temperature setting.
When the highest temperature has
been reached, OFF is displayed.

Super function

When the Super function is activated,
the appliance is cooled as cold as
possible to a preset temperature set at
the factory.
SuperCool
The SuperCool
the rapid cooling of drinks and
refrigerating large quantities of food.
The function is activated by pressing the
super cool button.
The
SUPER
SuperCool
Above the temperature, the compart-
ment is shown for which the function
has been activated.

TM
function is ideal for

SuperCool function ends by pressing
the super cool button again.
After approx. 6 hours, the appliance
automatically switches back to the
temperature set before Super cooling.

SuperFreeze
TM
The SuperFreeze function is used to
freeze large quantities of fresh food and
should be switched on some hours
before the fresh food is placed in the
freezer. In general, 4–6 hours is
adequate. If the max. freezing capacity
is used, 24 hours are required.
The function is activated by pressing the
super freezer button.
The symbol and the
SUPER
TM
SuperFreeze temperature are
displayed.
Above the temperature, the compart-
ment is shown for which the function
has been activated.
TM
SuperFreeze function ends by
pressing the super freezer button again.
After 2 days the appliance automatically
switches back to the temperature which
was set before Super freezing.
