WARNING:
Your appliance is fitted with a double safety device: it cannot be started if the bowl or lid are
not fitted. If the bowl or lid are not turned fully so that they clip into place, the appliance will
not operate.
Your appliance has an ON/OFF button (F), for continuous operation, keep it pressed in.
For liquid preparations, do not fill above the maximum level marked on the bowl.

Recommendations to obtain good results:
Use pulse operation. If pieces of food remain
stuck to the sides of the bowl (meat, onions...),
push the ingredients back down into the bowl

HUMMUS BI TAHINI
(mashed chickpeas with sesame seeds)
100 g of dry chick peas, 1 small teaspoon of salt,
5 cl of tahini, 5 cl of lemon juice, 5cl of cooking
juices, 1 clove of garlic, 1 dash of olive oil, fresh
parsley, paprika.
Leave the chickpeas to soak for 12 hours. Rinse
them and put them in a casserole and cover with
water. Bring them to the boil and simmer over a
low heat for 1 hour and a half. Drain them and
keep a little cooking liquid by aside. Peel Remove
the skin from the chick peas.
In the bowl (B) with the knife (D) mounted on the
drive (C), pour in the chick peas with other
ingredients.
Mix until you obtain a smooth cream, around
20 seconds. Chop the parsley for decoration.

BREAD DOUGH
In the bowl (B) with the knife (D) mounted on the
drive (C), pour add 250 g of white bread flour,
15 cl of warm water, 1 pinch of fine salt and
½ sachet of baking dried yeast powder. Operate
the appliance for 10 seconds. Remove the dough
ball from the bowl. Leave to settle rise for 1 hour
and cook at 200°C for around about 45 minutes.
PIZZA DOUGH
In the bowl (B) with the knife (D) mounted on the
drive (C). pour Add 150 g of white bread flour,
½ sachet of baking dried yeast powder, a pinch of
salt, 9 cl of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive
oil. and then Then operate the appliance for 10
seconds.
Remove the dough ball from the bowl and leave
