A requirement for conducting the video session is that an expert has set up a
connection to the tablet. Accepting the call starts a video conference.
To turn on audio, enable the corresponding checkbox on the tablet:

Desktop Sharing
Desktop Sharing allows the remote expert full access to the SIPIX Tablet. In
addition, data can be transferred to and from the SIPIX Tablet.
Requirement

To access the tablet via desktop sharing, you need the TightVNC software
(https://www.tightvnc.com/). This software must be installed on the expert PC.
