Bacharach's global network of service centers are charged with providing the customer with quality service in a timely
manner. Our wide range of service and repair programs enables us to meet a variety of customer needs – and in many
cases – exceed them.
FULL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
This worry-free program
and maintenance at any time over a one-year period
and at a fixed price. All replacement parts and semi-
annual calibrations are
contract. This ensures
performance within a strict maintenance budget.
CALIBRATION SERVICE
CONTRACT
This program offers quick turnaround on instruments
sent to our service centers on a semi-annual calibration
schedule. It ensures that your equipment will work
properly and perform
specifications without incurring any downtime. You will
be contacted in advance by your service center to
schedule a calibration appointment in order to avoid
disrupting your work schedule. Upon receipt of your
instrument, we will
factory calibration and return it to you.
O N - S I T E S E RV I C E
Bacharach ® customers have the choice to send their
instruments to us for service, or to receive service in the
field. This program is specifically designed to deliver
service at our customers' facilities to assure proper
operation and customer familiarization with our
equipment.
