GENERAL WARNINGS
DO NOT install or use this equipment without first
reading and understanding these instructions. If
you are unable to understand the Warnings,
Cautions or Instructions, contact a healthcare
professional, dealer or technical personnel before
attempting to install this equipment - otherwise,
injury or damage may occur.
DO NOT use the tub bar with lipped style
bath tubs.
DO NOT overtighten horizontal bolts. Instability to
the tub bar and/or bath tub damage can occur.
Always check the tub bar for proper tightness
BEFORE using.
Hold the tub bar securely when entering or
exiting the bath tub.
Apply DOWNWARD force to tub bar when
lowering or raising yourself into or out of the
bathtub. Pushing or pulling the tub bar in a
sideways motion will loosen the tub bar from
its secured position and may cause injury.
Users with limited physical capabilities should
be supervised or assisted when using the
Tub Bars.
The Tub Bars can provide assistance to an
individual weighing up to 250 lbs. (114 kg.).
The Tub Bars are designed to provide support,
increase stability, and assist the user. The Tub
Bars are NOT designed to support the total
weight of an individual.

7 . Repeat STEPS 5 AND 6 for other side.
8 . Inspect the tub bar for stability by putting a
reasonable amount of weight onto the grip and
t r y i n g t o m o v e i t i n a l l d i r e c t i o n s .
