SYMBOLS USED IN THE MANUAL

WARNING
CAUTION: Some parts of this prod-
uct can become very hot and cause
burns. Particular attention has to
be given where children and vul-
nerable people are present.
Children of less than 3 years should be
kept away from the towel warmer un-
less continuously supervised.
Children aged from 3 years and less than
8 years shall only switch on/off the ap-
pliance provided that it has been placed
or installed in its intended normal oper-
ating position and they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Chil-
dren between 3 and 8 years old must
not plug in or unplug the appliance,
clean it or perform maintenance. This
appliance can be used by children aged
from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or men-
tal capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concern-
ing use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appli-
ance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without
supervision.
WARNING:
This appliance is designed to dry
towels washed in water only. It must
not be used for other purposes.

TIPS FOR EFFICIENT OPERATION.
DO NOT COVER THE APPLIANCE!
Never install the appliance:
- immediately below or in front of a
power socket or a junction box (Fig. 6)
- in contact with the wall or floor
- near curtains, flammable or combus-
tible materials or pressure vessels.
WARNING:
Respect the distances shown in fig-
ures 4,5.
To avoid all risks for young children,
install the appliance with the low-
est heating element at least 600 mm
from the floor. (Fig. 4).
Install and use the appliance as de-
scribed in these instructions only.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified per-
sons in order to avoid hazard. Do not
use the appliance if it or the switch is
damaged.
Make sure the fixed power line is fitted
with a disconnecting switch allowing
the appliance to be disconnected com-
pletely from the household mains in
accordance with the wiring rules.
WARNING:
Never cover the main switch in any
way. (Fig. 6)
To dispose of the appliance, comply
with current legislation for the disposal
and management of waste.
