Measure 32kHz Sleep
CLK from testpoint. Is
it OK?

Measure 19.2MHz
RF CLK at testpoint.
Is it OK?
YES
Measure RESET_N.
Is it high (2.8V)?
YES
MSM6025 is
defective, phone can
not be repaired and
must be replaced.
