RTC Alarm

If the mobile terminal is in power off mode when the RTC alarm occurs, a wake-up
procedure initiates. After the baseband is powered on, an interrupt is given to the MCU.
When the RTC alarm occurs during active mode, an interrupt to the MCU is generated.
