MEMORY FUNCTION
When select MIXED or STAIN WASH, 30 seconds after starting, the washer
will remember this program and starts the same customised setting.
•This function is not available for DELICATE/EXPRESS WASH program.
• WATER LEVEL and TIME DELAY will not be remembered.
• The W ASH, RINSE and SPIN for MIXED program could be remembered.
• To reset memory function, pull out plug.
HOW TO DRAIN REMAINING WATER
When select this function, in 9 minutes after the working finished, the drainage valve will
open to drain out the remained water inside. This will avoid water freezing inside in winter
o·c.

• Method of Use
Press POWER ON/OFF button to switch on the power, and press FUNCTION button for
4 seconds till a sound from buzzer. To restore it, repeat above or pull out the plug.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Q: During Washing or Rinsing stage, there is still water flowing in.
A: This is possible as water might be added into the washer automatically due to decrease of
water level.
2. Q: The washer tub turns or stops timely at the beginning of Spinning stage.
A: This is known as intermittent spinning, which is for a better spinning effect.
3. Q: There is inflow of water during Rinsing or Spinning stage sometimes.
A: This is to re-balance the laundry load as they might be distribute equally inside the washer tub.
4. Q: There is "water-flowing" sound after Spinning stage.
A: This is the sound of balance liquid in Balance Ring, to reduce the spinning vibration.
5. Q: Control panel feels warm after power is switched off.
A: Memory function is activated after power is switched off.
6. Q: Power is suddenly switched off and the washer could not continue washing.
A: Turn on the washer and set the washing program again.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
When the following problem occur, the sensor puter will detect the abnormal condition
and an electronic buzzer sounds for approximately 10 seconds and the indicators flash
as shown below:

NOTE: The Display indicator can be released by pressing the START/PAUSE button once if you want
to release the emergency stop. Then press the START/PAUSE button again to restart the operation.
Where to Check
• Press the POWER ON/OFF button.
• Press the START/PAUSE button.
• Press the TIME DELAY button.
• Check whether power failure has occurred.
• Check whether the fuse or circuit breaker
has been activated.
• Turn the water supply tap on.
• Check whether the water supply has been
cut off.
• Check whether the metal filter of the Water
Inlet is clogged.
• Check if the water has frozen in the washer.
• Check whether water pressure is too low.
• Put down the Drain Hose from the hookhole.
• Check the Drain Hose for any obstructions.
• Check whether the Drain Hose is clogged.
• Check whether the Drain Hose rises too
high off the ground.
• Check whether the laundry has shifted to one
side of the Wash/Spin Tub.
• Check whether the washer is on a level surface
• Close the Washer Lid.
• Check whether the CHILD LOCK is set.
• Close the Washer Lid.
• Press the POWER ON/OFF button to turn off
the power, call the authorized service center.
