Our dishwashers consist of insulation,

Sound-absorbing insulation accounts for one-third of
the weight of our dishwashers. It comprises a highly
insulating felt material along with bitumen, which is
the same kind of insulating material found in luxury
cars. The end result is an extremely quiet dishwasher.
