3. Attach a Storage Tube (7) to an Upright (4) with two M10 x 90mm Bolts (15), two M10 Washers (18), and two M10 Locknuts (19). Attach the Upright (4) to the Left Upright Base (2) with the M10 x 90mm Carriage Bolt (14), four M5 x 19mm Screws (16), and an M10 Locknut (19).
