Assigning a continuously-variable controller
For breath (the strength of your breath), bite (the strength at which you bite the reed), thumb lever, and thumb pads, specify the following
parameters.

Explanation
Specify the function that is assigned to a continuously-operated controller.
Specify the minimum value (Min) and maximum value (Max) in which
controller operations are effective.

Specify the minimum value (Min) and maximum value (Max) in which the
assigned function operates.

Specifies the operation mode.
The function operates like a graph (p. 16), according to
Momentary
how you operate the controller.
Each operation switches between Output Min Value and
Output Max Value.
Latch
The switch occurs at the mid-point value between Input Min
Value and Input Max Value.
Specifies the operation curve when the operation mode is MOMENTARY.

Explanation
Assign the function that is output via MIDI when you operate each
controller.
Specify the value when you take your finger off the button (Release)
and the value when you press the button (Press).
Specifies the operation mode.
The Press Value is applied while the button is pressed,

released.
Each time you press the button, the Press Value and
LATCH
Release Value alternate.
