5.1 Introduction
The Adaptec RAID utility manages the drives plugged into SATA_1 and SATA_2. To
enter the Adaptec RAID utility, it has to be enabled on BIOS (see section 3.2.2). If there
are Hard Drives connected to either of the SATA connectors, the system during POST
will prompt or key combination Ctrl-A to enter.
NOTE: Alienware recommends installing RAID only on the Silicon Image RAID controller.
