ALARM SETTING

The radio, buzzer or CD automatically sounds at the
designated time every day.

You can set two different alarm times, one in ALARM 1 and
one in ALARM 2.

Before setting
• Set the clock (See page 12) and day of the week. If they are
not set, you cannot set alarm times.
• Tune in to a station or stop playback of a disc at the desired
track.

To set the alarm time in ALARM 1
Operate while the power is turned off.
1 Press ALARM 1.
The alarm1 indicator
2 While the alarm 1 indicator
FUNCTION repeatedly to select CD, radio or buzzer,
then press MEMORY/SET.
The hour of the alarm time starts flashing.
3 While the hour is flashing, press r or t to set the
hour, then press MEMORY/SET.
The minutes of alarm time start flashing.
4 While the minutes are flashing, press r or t to set
the minutes, then press MEMORY/SET.
The ALARM 1 indicator a lights up and beep sounds are
heard.
