8.
Install the top winch mount bracket with
eight 5/16-18 x .750 screws (a) and 5/16-18
flange lock nuts (b). Do not fully tighten the
hardware at this time. See Figure 7.

Slide the winch support bracket (a) through
the front winch mount bracket (b) as shown
in Figure 8. Make sure the "T" on the winch
support bracket (a) is oriented as shown
in the inset in Figure 8. Secure the winch
support bracket (a) to the winch mount
bracket (c) with two 5/16-18 x .750 screws (d).

Tighten all hardware except the four screws
and flange lock nuts securing the winch
mount bracket to the bumper brackets.
Refer to Figure 7.
11.
Install the winch (a) to the fairlead bracket
(b) with the four M8 x 1.25 x 20 mm bolts (c)
installed in the bottom of the winch (a). See
Figure 9.

Note: Install the winch with the freewheel
clutch (d) facing the left side.

12.
Install the winch/fairlead brackets assembly
(a) to the top winch mount bracket (b) with
four 5/16-18 x .750 carriage bolts (c) and 5/16-18
flange lock nuts (d). See Figure 10.

Install the fairlead (a) on the front of the
fairlead bracket (b) with two bolts (c),
washers (d) and nuts (e). See Figure 11.

14.
Install the winch and bumper assembly to
the utility vehicle by reversing steps 3-5 and
fully tighten the four screws and flange lock
nuts left from step 10.
Note: Do not reinstall the hood yet.
15.
Install the contactor (a) onto the contactor
bracket (b) with the two M6 x 25mm bolts
and M6 lock nuts (a). Then install the
contactor assembly (a & b) onto the frame
of the utility vehicle under the driver's seat
with the 3/8-16 x .750 hex washer screw (c).
See Figure 12.

16.
Route the wires for the winch as shown in
Figure 13 through Figure 15.
Note: Make certain the wires are clear of
any moving parts when running the wires.
Running the wires along with existing
wiring is recommended.
Note: The use of a large zip tie or
other means of feeding the wires is
recommended.
