How to process a refund

A refund transaction can be used for any:
Returned goods purchased that is accepted under your returns policy
Services that are terminated or cancelled
Incorrect amount charged
Step 01
Press Menu key on the
home screen, and press 1
for Transaction
Step 04
Enter your refund
password and press Enter
Note:
Your password will be set up at the time of terminal install. If you're unsure of your password please
contact the Merchant Helpdesk on 1300 369 692.
Step 02
Press 3 for
Refund
Step 05
Ask customer to tap, insert
or swipe their card
Step 03
Enter refund amount and
press Refund
Step 06
Ask customer to select
an account
