Product assembly Swirl Bed - Kingsize 803 58802 Step 1 Parts, fittings and tools Carefully place the headboard (1), footboard (2) and one of the side rails (3) near where the product will be used. Locate plastic gasket (G) and place between the headboard and side rail, aligning the holes as in the image above. Fix the side rail to the headboard using large allen bolts (A), washer (B) with allen key (F) through the aligned holes, do not fully tighten the bolts at this stage. - Page 7 Product assembly Swirl Bed - Kingsize 803 58802 Step 3 Parts, fittings and tools Locate the support legs (6) and screw the adjustable feet all the way into the leg. This will be adjusted in a later step. Step 4 Parts, fittings and tools Locate the centre rail (7) and attach the support legs (6) using small allen bolts (C) and the allen head sleeve nuts (D).
- Page 8 Product assembly Swirl Bed - Kingsize 803 58802 Step 5 Parts, fittings and tools Using small allen bolts (C) and and the allen head sleeve nuts (D), attach the centre rail to the middle of the cross rails. Use the allen keys (E) to tighten the allen bolts and sleeve nuts together. Step 6 Parts, fittings and tools Carefully move the bed into it’s intended location.
- Page 9 Product assembly Swirl Bed - Kingsize 803 58802 Step 7 Parts, fittings and tools Locate the plywood slats (4), side slat holders (H) and centre slat holders (I). Firstly, insert all the centre slat holders into the centre rail. Insert one end of each plywood slat into the centre slat holder, insert the other end of the slat into a side slat holder, then insert the side slat holder into the side rail.
