Checking the network connection

Initialization Tool > Diagnosis
Check that each service is operating normally.
Solution
The receiver settings of
XDCAM air are wrong.
Check [Settings] >
[Receiver] > [Model Name]
and [Serial No.].
The user name and
password do not match the
XDCAM air settings. Check
[Settings] > [Credential] >
[Receiver] > [User Name
(1)], [Password (1)], [User
Name (2)], and [Password
(2)].
Check the following.
• Set the correct endpoint
URL for the CCM
address.
• Set the CCM port value
to 9083.
See "Set IP addresses"
(page 10).
Check that the RX/Host
Name value of the
Initialization Tool is correct.
Refer to "Description of
used ports" (page 8) and
open a required port.

Launch the Initialization Tool.

Click [Diagnosis].
Initialization Tool > Port Check
Check that you can access the receiver ports from outside the
router.

Click [Port Check]

Enter the address and port for the unit.
• CCM: Clear the check mark.
• RX: Add a check mark.
• RX/Host Name: Enter the hostname (FQDN).
• RX/UDP Port: Enter the UDP port number to use for
streaming.

Click [Start]
PWS-100/110 Maintenance Web Application
Display the Diagnosis screen and check that no errors have
occurred. Next, check the serial number.

Testing operation

Connect a camcorder or wireless adapter to XDCAM
air.
