1. Remove the two top mounting screws.
2. Pull down on the PDU to lower.
NOTE:
3. Ensure the PDUs are in a fully lowered position before accessing.

Repairing a Disk Drive

Verify that you have the correct drive model replacement and that the drive is supported with the
current HP 3PAR operating system patch level. For example, if using CLI, use the following
commands:
showversion -a -b
showpd -failed
showpd -i
showversion -a -b
showpd -failed
showpd -i
If necessary, loosen the two bottom screws to easily pull down the PDU.
(for HP 3PAR OS and patch level)
(failed disk(s) ID, location, type, and capacity)
(for drive model)
