Troubleshooting. My keyboard does not work:
1) The keyboard cable must be plugged into the computer's keyboard
PS/2 port and NOT the mouse PS/2 port. 2) If the keyboard still
does not work, turn off the computer and then turn it back on.
3) Install the software and make sure it is running.
