Possible solutions
Check if the LED on USB-C cable
is glowing. Ensure that the
USB-C cable is securely
connected to the computer.
If the LED is not glowing, check
the following:
AC plug is securely connected
‧
to the power adapter's AC inlet.
‧ AC power cord is properly
connected to the power outlet.
‧ Disconnect all the cables
and reconnect the AC input and
try again.
‧ Contact Dell if the computer is
still not charging.
‧ Check if the LED on the USB-C
cable is glowing. Ensure that
the USB cable is securely
connected to the device.
‧ If the LED is not glowing,
disconnect all the cables
and reconnect AC input power
and see if the LED turns ON.
Contact Dell if the computer is
still not able to detect the
power adapter.
