AINTENANCE
This section provides maintenance instructions, operational testing procedures,
and information on replacement parts.
LEDs
The RDR8S and I32O16 modules have 4 LEDs:
• Power (POWER): On during normal operation.
• Status (STATUS): Blinks every second when unit is operational.
• Transmit (XMIT): Blinks when a character is transmitted on theS300 bus.
• Receive (RCV): Blinks when a character is received from the S300 bus.

Routine Maintenance

For the RDR8S or I32O16 maintenance, perform the operational testing
monthly (see "Testing Procedure" on page 29).
