THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED
TO ORIGINAL RETAIL
BOSCH® NEW
ELECTRONIC DIAGNOSTIC
("UNITS").
• New BOSCH® Units and Smart Cable are
warranted against defects in materials and
workmanship for one year (12 months) from
date of purchase.
• Refurbished BOSCH Units and Smart
Cable are warranted against defects in
materials and workmanship for 90 days from
date of purchase.
• Scope Module and Gas Module (Analyzer)
are warranted against defects in material
and workmanship for one year (12 months)
from date of purchase.
• Rechargeable Batteries, Cables, Sample
Cell, O2 Sensor, NOx Sensor, and Pump
are warranted against defects in material
and workmanship for 90 days from date of
purchase.
• This warranty does not cover consumable
items, including, without limitation, non-
rechargeable batteries, filters, printer paper,
calibration gas,
assembly.
• This
warranty only
manufactured by BOSCH®. BOSCH® will
pass through to the original purchaser all
manufacturers warranties. For all products
manufactured by third parties, please see
the original manufacturer's warranty for
details.
This Warranty is only valid to the original
purchaser of the Unit and is not transferable. All
warranty claims must be made within the
warranty period and proof of purchase must be
supplied. This Warranty does not cover the cost
of freight to return the Unit to BOSCH®. This
Warranty does not cover any Unit that has been
abused, altered,
contaminated, used for a purpose other than
that for which it was intended, or used in a
manner inconsistent with instructions regarding
use. This Warranty does not cover battery
leakage. The sole and exclusive remedy for any
Unit found to be defective is repair or
replacement, at the option of BOSCH® . In no

event shall BOSCH® be liable for any direct,
indirect, special, incidental or consequential

procedures established by BOSCH®. No one is
authorized to make
representation altering the
warranty.

SOFTWARE
Unit software is
information protected under copyright law.
Users have no right in or title to Unit software
other than a limited right of use revocable by
BOSCH®. Unit
installed, will execute
instructions. BOSCH® does not warrant that
software will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
Unit software may not be transferred or
disclosed without the written consent of
BOSCH®. Unit software may not be copied
except in ordinary backup procedures.

5. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: Do not continue until you have
read this Software Product License Agreement
("Agreement").
