9. If the SmartScreen Filter window appears, click OK.
10. Click All Programs > Internet Explorer.
11. If the Set Up Windows Internet Explorer 8 window appears, click Next.
12. In the Turn on Suggested Sites window, click No, don't turn on, and then click
Next.
