Checking the delivery package

Electric shock and fire hazard due to damaged device
Damaged devices due to improper storage or transport may lead to personal injury and/or
substantial damage to equipment.
You should observe the warnings in "Note on transport and storage (Page 22)".
Procedure
1. Check the delivery unit for any signs of visible transport damage.
If any transport damage is present at the time of delivery, lodge a complaint at the
shipping company in charge. Have the shipper confirm the transport damage
immediately.
2. Unpack the device at its installation location.
3. Keep the original packaging in case you have to transport the unit again.
4. Check the scope of delivery (Page 28) for completeness and damage.
Please inform the delivery service immediately if the package contents are incomplete or
damaged or do not correspond with your order.
5. Please keep the documentation in a safe place. It is required for initial commissioning and is
part of the device.
6. Record the Device identification data (Page 29).

Device identification data

The device can be clearly identified with the help of this identification data in case of repairs
or loss.
The following illustrations are examples. The data of your device may differ from the data in
these examples.
