13. Calibration

13.1

Internal refrigerant cylinder scale

Detach the rear panel and remove the refrigerant
cylinder from the scale.

It is not necessary to detach the lines from the
refrigerant cylinder. If you want to detach the
hoses, close the valves on the hoses and on the
cylinder.
1. Call up the start screen.
2. Press <3> and <Flush> simultaneously and release.
 The message
ENTER CODE 0000
3. Enter the value 1111 and confirm with E.
4. Select "TANK CALIBRATION" and confirm with
ENTER.
 The display shows
ZERO CALIBRATION
5. With an empty weighing plate, enter the figure
00.00 and confirm with E .
 The display shows
WEIGHT CALIBRATION
6. Place the calibration weight on the weighing
tray (a value of between 10 kg and 20 kg is
recommended).
7. Enter the calibration weight value and confirm with
E.

The menu containing the functions appears on the
display again.

Tara values

The following Tara values for the Internal refrigerant
cylinder is set from the factory.
Internal refrigerant cylinder:
ACS 810 = 18.5 kg
Setting tara value:
1. Select the Tara value (Tara Internal refrigerant
cylinder).
2. Set the weight.
3. Confirm with <Enter>.

Important note for older software versions:
The Tara values are NOT displayed. You always will
see just value "0" in the menu where you can set
the Tara value.

If you confirm with <Enter> in this menu, you set
"0" as new Tara value. If you don't want to change
the current value, you have to press the key "Stop".
