Precautions

Product cleaning
Clean the product regularly with a soft, dry cloth. If the dirt is difficult to remove, moisten the soft cloth with water only. Any other
solvents may dissolve the paint or damage the plastic.
Temperature
Make sure the temperature in the car is between +60°C and -10°C before turning the unit on.
Maintenance
I
f you experience a problem, do not repair it yourself. Please return the product to your Alpine dealer or a nearby Alpine service
center for repair.
Installation location
This Media Player must not be installed in any of the following locations.
• In direct sunlight or near heat sources
• Areas of high humidity and near water sources
• Dusty places
• Places with strong vibrations
Protecting the USB connector
This unit has three USB ports on the front and rear to support the connection of USB Storages. When the front and rear
ports are connected to the charging device at the same time, the normal operation of this unit is not guaranteed.
• Only USB Storages can be connected to the USB terminal of this unit. Normal operation is not guaranteed with other USB
products.
• If using the USB connector, be sure to use the USB extension cable (supplied).
• Depending on the USB memory device connected, this unit may not work or may not perform some functions.
• The file systems supported by this unit are FAT16/32, NTFS, exFAT.
• Make sure that the number of tracks in the connected USB Storage (maximum total number of tracks that can be played in
the front and rear USB) does not exceed 10,000, otherwise it will not play normally.
• The audio file formats that can be played are MP3/WMA/AAC/M4A/WAV/FLAC/APE/DSD.
• It can display performer name / song name / song album, etc. Some special characters may not be displayed correctly.
About using USB memory
Attention
Alpine is not responsible for loss of data, etc., even if such loss occurs while using this product.
• To prevent malfunction or damage, please pay attention to the following points.
Please read through the user's manual for the USB Storage.
Please do not touch the terminals with your hands or metal.
Please do not subject the USB Storage to strong vibrations.
Please do not bend, drop, disassemble, modify, or immerse it in water.
• Avoid using or storing the USB Storage in the following places:
In a car exposed to direct sunlight or high temperature.
Places where high humidity or corrosive objects may be present.
• Install the USB Storage in a location where it will not interfere with the driver's ability to operate the vehicle.
