Probable cause
1. The "startStop Control"
function has been
activated. The iron is
set to stand-by.

down to the selected
temperature.

soleplate (12) is too
high.

shot of steam button
(7) repeatedly without
waiting for 5 seconds

set too high in

Solution
1. Grip the handle of the iron
to re-start it.
