Deletion of Recorded Data

1. Change of recording schedule
Delete recording schedules or change recording start time to prevent the NSR from recording start
during deletion operation.
Configuration screen → Click "REC Schedule". (Refer to User's Guide.)
2. Deletion of recorded image data, audio data, and their management data
(1) Click "General", "Storage", then the external storage device to be deleted of the menu tree on
the Configuration screen. Execute the following on the displayed screen.
(2) Check "Run Cleanup job when".
(3) Set "Remaining capacity is lower than" to "100 %".
(4) Set "Cleanup files saved more than" to "0 Days".
(5) Click "Save" upper right.
3. Confirmation of recorded image data, audio data, and their management data deletion
(1) Check that ".cam" or ".aud" file does not remain in the relevant storage device using its Win-
dows explorer.
(2) Check that records for the relevant camera do not remain using "3. Recording List" in the
Option window or "Search" in a monitor window.
. Monitoring screen → Click "3. Recording List" in the Option window.
. Monitoring screen → Select any one of monitor windows. → Click "Search" lower right
→ Search screen
(Refer to User's Guide.)
(3) Check that the remaining capacity of the added HDD is 100 % or 99.99 %.
Configuration screen → Click "General". → Click "Storage". → Select the relevant
storage.
4. Proceed to the next section.
