BLUETOOTH

Switch on the DabWiFi5 tuner with the Bang & Olufsen remote by pressing the key selected to
handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system. Factory setting is AMEM or ATAPE.
Selecting the Bluetooth mode makes it possible to play music from any paired smartphone, tablet
or other device, via the DabWiFi5 and the Bang & Olufsen system. *1

Press repeatedly until Bluetooth is shown in the upper left corner of the display.
In the Bluetooth mode all control of the music is handled directly on the transmitting smartphone,
tablet or any other bluetooth connected device.
Playback status and the signal quality are displayed at the very bottom of the display.

*1 PAIRING A BLUETOOTH DEVICE TO DABWIFI5

For a smartphone, tablet or any other bluetooth device to be able to send music to the DabWiFi5, it
must be paired with DabWiFi5. Pairing is only needed initially, as DabWiFi5 will remember the
bluetooth device.
To pair a bluetooth transmitter with DabWiFi5:
1. Select the bluetooth mode, as described above.
2. Go to the Setup Menu on the transmitting device and look for the bluetooth menu.
3. Shortly after selecting bluetooth, the DabWiFi5 will show up in the menu as DIGITRADIO 10
IR. Select this and music played on the device can be listened to via the Bang & Olufsen
system.
