Solenoid valve replacement

6.9.1 Procedure:
Note:
Heating element / fluid system may still be hot. Cool
the heating element manually
1. Disassemble the appliance as described in the "General
disassembly" section.
2. Remove the front panel as described in the "Replacing the
front panel" section.
3. Pivot the front panel to the left.
4. Release safety clip (1), remove pressure hose (2) and
insulation from fluid connection (3).
5. Remove safety clip (6) from fluid distributor (7) and remove
fluid coupling (8).
6. Release safety clip (9) and remove fluid distributor (7) from
the heating element connection.
7. Remove plug-type connectors from solenoid valve (10).
8. Undo screw (4) and pull valve support plate (5) upwards out
of the component bracket.
9. Undo two screws (11) and replace the solenoid valve.
10. To reassemble, proceed in the reverse order of disassembly.

The O-ring must be replaced by a new one every time
a fluid connection is opened!
