Hilfsschalter (S1) 3SV92

Der Hilfsschalter kann in zwei Ausführungen geliefert wer-
den. In Normalausführung hat der Hilfsschalter 6 Schließer
und 6 Öffner. Zusätzlich kann ein 2. Hilfsschalter mit 6
Schließern und 6 Öffnern geliefert werden.

Einschalt-Hilfsauslöser (Y9) 3AY1510
(Zusatzausstattung)
Der Einschaltmagnet dient zum Entklinken der gespannten
Einschaltfeder und damit zum Einschalten des Leistungs-
schalters auf elektrischem Wege. Er ist für Gleich- oder
Wechselspannung lieferbar. Der Einschaltmagnet ist nicht
für Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt und es erfolgt keine schalterin-
terne automatische Abschaltung. Anlagenseitig ist dafür
Sorge zu tragen, daß das Einschaltkommando auf auf max.
1 min begrenzt wird. Die Versorgungsspannung des Ein-
schaltmagneten darf -15 % bis +10 % von der Bemes-
sungs-Versorgungsspannung abweichen. Bei Betrieb mit
Wechselspannung ist im Leistungsschalter ein Gleichrich-
terbaustein 3AX1525-1F eingebaut.

Arbeitsstromauslöser (Y1) 3AY1510
Der Arbeitsstromauslöser
Grundausführung des Schalters. Bei dem Auslöser Y1 wird
der elektrisch zugeführte Auslöseimpuls mittels eines di-
rekt wirkenden Magnetankers an die "AUS"-Verklinkung wei-
tergegeben und damit der Schalter ausgeschaltet. Dieser
Ausschaltmagnet ist nicht für Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt und
es erfolgt keine schalterinterne automatische Abschaltung.
Anlagenseitig ist dafür Sorge zu tragen, daß das Einschalt-
kommando auf max. 1 min begrenzt wird. Die Versorgungs-
spannung des Arbeitsstromauslösers darf bei Gleichspan-
nung -30 % bis +10 %, bei Wechselspannung -15 % bis
+10 % von der Bemessungs-Versorgungsspannung ab-
weichen. Bei Betrieb mit Wechselspannung ist im Leistungs-
schalter ein Gleichrichterbaustein 3AX1525-1F eingebaut.

Arbeitstromauslöser (Y2) 3AX1101
(Zusatzausstattung)
Der Arbeitsstromauslöser 3AX1101 wird eingebaut, wenn mehr
als ein Arbeitsstromauslöser benötigt wird. Bei dieser Ausfüh-
rung wird der elektrische Ausschaltbefehl mittels eines Ma-
gnetankers durch Entklinken eines Kraftspeichers auf die
"AUS"-Verklinkung weitergegeben und damit der Schalter aus-
geschaltet. Dieser Ausschaltmagnet ist nicht für Dauerbetrieb
ausgelegt und es erfolgt keine schalterinterne automatische
Abschaltung. Anlagenseitig ist dafür Sorge zu tragen, daß das
Einschaltkommando auf max. 1 min begrenzt wird.

Two versions of the auxiliary switch can be supplied. The
standard version is fitted with 6 NO contacts and 6 NC
contacts. A second auxiliary switch with 6 NO contacts and
6 NC contacts is also available.

Shunt closing release (Y9) 3AY1510
(additional feature)
The closing solenoid unlatches the charged closing spring
and thus closes the circuit-breaker electrically. It is available
for both AC and DC operation. The closing solenoid is not
designed for continuous operation and it is not automatical-
ly de-energized internally. Make sure that the closing com-
mand from the installation is limited to max. 1 min. The
supply voltage of the closing solenoid may deviate from the
rated value by -15 % to +10 %. In operation with AC voltage,
a rectifier module 3AX1525 is installed in the circuit-breaker.

Shunt release (Y1) 3AY1510
The 3AY1510 shunt release is used as standard in the basic
circuit-breaker version. With this design, the electrically
supplied tripping pulse is passed to the "Open" latching
mechanism by means of a direct-action solenoid armature
and the circuit-breaker is thus opened. This opening sole-
noid is not designed for continuous operation and it is not
automatically de-energized internally. Make sure that the
opening command from the installation is limited to max. 1
min. The supply voltage of the shunt release may deviate
from the rated value by -30 % to +10 % with DC voltage, by
-15 % to +10 % with AC voltage. In operation with AC voltage,
a rectifier module 3AX1525 is installed in the circuit-breaker.

Shunt release (Y2) 3AX1101
(additional feature)
The 3AX1101 shunt release is fitted if more than one shunt
release is required. With its design, the electrical opening
command is transferred in boosted form to the "Open"
latching mechanism via a solenoid armature through un-
latching of a energy store and thus the circuit-breaker is
opened. This opening solenoid is not designed for contin-
uous operation and it is not automatically de-energized
internally. Make sure that the opening command from the
installation is limited to max. 1 min.
